This is material from the ZEN leak warranty campaign, which ended in 2023. It is not a benefit that applies to new purchases or registrations now.
If you see the big words "6-year warranty" in a folder of materials, you may wonder whether it applies to every board. This tag is past campaign material limited to ZEN models, not a general benefit running now.
01. Look at the small print next to the big number
The original tag carries a note that it applies to ZEN models only. Starboard HQ's campaign page explains the terms for air leaks: the existing 2 years plus an extra 4 years.
It doesn't mean a 6-year warranty on every kind of board damage or on every component, such as the pump and paddle. Read the eligible products and what's covered together with the number.
02. A campaign that ended in 2023
Starboard HQ's page describes ZEN boards bought from March 1 to August 20, 2023, with registration by September 30 of the same year, and marks the campaign as ended.
Don't use it as a sign that 6 years applies if you buy or register now. If your product took part in the past, take its purchase and registration records to where you bought it and check whether it applies.
03. Check your product against the current terms and your purchase record
Policies and timing can differ by product. Rather than judging the warranty from the original tag photo or QR code alone, it's more accurate to have the model name, serial number, receipt and registration record ready.
This page explains how to read past material correctly. Check Starboard HQ's warranty information below, and get guidance on actual claims and coverage from the store where you bought it.

The artwork is a past Starboard hang tag limited to Zen models (an Adobe Illustrator file revised in 2023); the explanation is Starboard Korea's commentary. We checked the campaign's end, the purchase period, the registration deadline and the leak-only coverage on the official SpecialExtended page. It is not used as a current sales benefit in Korea.
