About Choi Jiwon
Speed on a race course and skill on a wave: Choi Jiwon brings both to the Starboard Korea team as a national SUP racing athlete and a SUP surfing champion.
Her career spans SUP racing selection through the Korea Canoe Federation and Korea Surfing Association, alongside the APP and KAPP professional tours. In 2025 she won the women's elite SUP surfing title at the Yangyang International Surfing Competition and Japan's TED CUP, making her mark on waves at home and abroad.
