WINDY SUP’s second 60km Hangang paddle is now one day away. On Saturday, October 17, paddlers are scheduled to leave Nanji Hangang Park, turn back from Gimpo Bridge, pass Nanji again, continue to Ttukseom and finish at Nanji.
The heart of this paddle is carrying a sustainable personal pace across the full distance. Planned breaks at Nanji and Ttukseom divide the long route.
Meet at 6:00, Set Out on the Water at 6:30
The final timetable uses 6:00 a.m. for meeting at Nanji Hangang Park Parking Lot 1. Once equipment and departure preparations are complete, the on-water start toward Gimpo Bridge is scheduled for 6:30 a.m.
The latest promotional Reel, posted October 12, renews the announcement of the date and the 60km challenge.

A 60km Route that Returns to Nanji Twice
The full route runs from Nanji to Gimpo Bridge, returns to Nanji, then continues to Ttukseom before finishing back at Nanji. Short promotional captions sometimes omit the intermediate Nanji stop, but the final notice clearly sets out the complete 60km loop.

Target 7–8km/h, Hold Your Own Rhythm
The organizer has set a target average of 8km/h and a nine-hour day including breaks. The notice also describes a minimum target average of 7km/h and completing the route within ten hours.
Everyone will not be required to travel at one speed. Paddlers with similar pace may move together, but the central point is to avoid chasing faster paddlers and losing one’s own rhythm.
Fuel, Equipment and the October 15 Forecast
The final notice recommends sports drinks, energy bars, candy and bananas, together with carbohydrates such as gimbap or bread for lunch. It emphasizes a hat and sunglasses and asks paddlers to carry a phone in a waterproof pouch for emergency contact.
The forecast screen attached at 9:00 a.m. on October 15 showed cloudy conditions and the possibility of a stronger northwesterly wind in the afternoon. The organizer expected a slight headwind in the morning and no headwind later, but this remained a forecast two days before the event. Conditions on the water may differ on the day.

An earlier promotional Reel, posted August 27, announced 6:00 a.m. and a simplified route. The later final cafe timetable separates the 6:00 a.m. Nanji meeting from the actual 6:30 a.m. on-water departure.
